May is International Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
At Saving Grace Medical Academy, we believe mental health is just as vital as physical health. This May, we join the global effort to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and open the door to conversations that matter.
Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing insights, tools, and stories that shine a light on the realities of living with mental health challenges. Whether it's anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other mental illnesses, our goal is to uncover ways to support those affected—and to remind our community that no one is alone.
Stay tuned each week as we explore practical ways to recognize signs of mental distress, provide meaningful support, and advocate for compassionate care in our homes, workplaces, and classrooms.
Together, let’s build a culture where mental health is understood, supported, and prioritized.
