Return & Refund Policy – Online PIN-Based Courses
At Saving Grace Medical Academy, we are committed to fair and transparent policies. This refund policy applies to all courses delivered through the Heart & Stroke Foundation online training portal that require activation with a unique course key (PIN). These include:
Online Courses

Basic Life Support (BLS) – Expired Certificate Challenge

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Blended Online

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Blended Online Renewal
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if the Heart & Stroke Foundation course key (PIN) has not been accessed.

Once the key is accessed, it is permanently linked to the student’s Heart & Stroke Foundation account and cannot be reused, transferred, or refunded.
Non-Refundable Once Accessed

Accessing the Heart & Stroke Foundation course key activates enrollment and locks the PIN to the student’s profile.

For this reason, refunds cannot be issued once the key has been accessed, regardless of course completion status.
Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted before accessing the Heart & Stroke Foundation course key.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
